How to join WCPAAA

The WCPAAA was formed in June 1999 and membership is only open to graduates of the Wheeling Citizens’ Police Academy. Annual membership dues are $15.00. The monies collected help with costs of the Association as well as to help pay for the mailing of our newsletter Alumni News to members.

WCPAAA members donated non-perishable food to Wheeling Township to distribute to families in need.
